Hello JoAnn I just wanted to give you a update on something that happened to me two days ago. I went to Target to purchase some cans of cat food. I bought nine cans total. When I returned home I was informed that it was the wrong favors/type of food. When I returned to the store to exchange them for nine other of the same brand the cashier was somewhat confused what to do. After ten or so minutes he gave me a refund using a card to refund my money even though I paid with cash. I grabbed nine cans of the same brand just different types. When I rang up the cans and paying with the card the register showed that I was $ 1.83. short . After telling one of the other workers about my problem I was told to go back to the person who helped me in the first place. When I went back to the male cashier telling him that I wasn't giving back the right amount of money he looked at the receipt and played around with the cash register coming up with the same results. When I asked how is that possible he just looked at me like duh. I informed him that I returned nine cans and bought nine cans of the same product with the same price I shouldn't have to be paying more money. After playing around for about ten minutes he came up with me still owning a little less money. I was hoping that he would call someone to help him but he didn't. After a few more minutes he gave me two cards back. I asked since this is a check out why can't you ring up my purchase. After ringing my purchase I had money on the card. When I asked how that is possible when I basically exchanged the cans one for one. He told me that what came up on the cash register. I shock my head and walked out the door. Yeah he was one of those Gen Z people.

I didn’t take 8th grade math seriously and didn’t learn much, instead hanging out with friends. In 9th grade, I faced the same issue and now I have to repeat algebra and take geometry in 10th grade. I’m worried about falling behind, but I’m hoping to catch up quickly and learn everything I missed.

I love your lessons and this lesson specifically, as I finally understood the concept of mathematical induction and its use in the most simple cases. Let me point out, however, that your lesson starts the proof of the sum of the first "even" positive integers which is (n*n + n) but this somehow ends at @5:36 with (n*n) which is the sum of the first odd positive integers. If it's not so, please accept my apologies, I could have misunderstood this completely.

I just found your video because my 16 year old pookie who has gone down dramatically in a few months and he soaks himself and his bed. He only gets up and walks occasionally thru the house but he doesn't make it back. He soaks himself and gets his bed wet. He hates it so I've been washing several blankets and towels every day so I can change him. I was looking for a male diaper and how to put it on him. I'm sure you've lost your precious pup by now since it says the video is 8 years old. I'm so sorry. We just had to have one put to sleep in May. She was around 15. Now he's getting so bad. But he eats and drinks water and doesn't seem to be in pain so we'll keep as long as possible. Thank you for the video.

I checked out your grade 6 playlist which I’m gonna start using because I go to a special school and in the past few years I feel like I haven’t earned as much as I should.
